3. Incredibly fun and casual work environmentWhat You Will Be Doing•Lead account and brand team’s non-manpower program design and deployment of targeted, multichannel channel opportunities.
•Work with the Account Planning team to coach account partners regarding best-practices and opportunities for reaching customers through multi-channel programs
•Partner with teams to manage specific non-manpower marketing initiatives for maximizing performance and conversions
•Develop metrics plan, track program results, and optimize, following a test-learn-adapt methodology
•Manage third party vendor relations to optimize investments, performance and deliverables
Main Areas of Responsibilities
•Manage the day-to-day program development and implementation
•Work with Account Planning team to develop media programs and initiatives to optimize brand performance goals
•Develop strategic insights for how to achieve brand objectives using multichannel marketing trends and best practices channels
•Track results and recommend optimizations to programs
•Be a key advisor toWhat You Need for this Position•4-5 years pharmaceutical/medical device industry with digital/media experience
•Comfort working in a matrix environment; demonstrated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Experience in relevant therapeutic areas is a plus, but not required
•Familiarity with industry tools and vendors
