This position is responsible for the application of valuation methodologies in compliance with our public company responsibilities under SEC regulations (primarily ASC 350 and ASC 805). This includes the preparation and review of our purchase price allocations and underlying Fair Market Value valuations of our acquired assets and liabilities, with a focus on the valuation of goodwill and intangibles. This position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with our Internal Controls (SOX) and external audit. This position provides exposure to the company’s growth first-hand, and offers excellent growth potential for the right candidate.What You Need for this PositionAt Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:
- Preparing 10K/10Q Footnotes
- SEC REporting
- Asset Valuations
- ASC 350
