Thorough understanding of drug product stability. Outstanding leadership and management skills necessary for ·Building and maintaining a fully compliant, scientifically excellent and operational stability function that will effectively support all AV programs
· Providing leadership, direction and strategy to the stability department within Analytical · Effectively coaching/ developing people to high performance standards and ensuring stability department meets all commitments within agreed upon timelines
· Ensuring stability department provides effective support for stability of raw materials, API, polymer and other excipients, in-process materials, new standards, and finished combination products: stability strategy, protocol design & preparation, data analysis and trending testing, technical reports, support for regulatory submissions/ communications · Ensuring stability function collaborates effectively with Analytical functions that develop stability assays and perform the stability testing
· Ensuring stability department collaborates/interfaces effectively with Process Development & Manufacturing groups in the design of appropriate stability protocols to support product & process development & validation
· Ensuring stability department maintains excellent level of GLP/GMP/Quality compliance and meet Environmental, Health & Safety requirements
