The Keck School of Medicine of USC is seeking a Space Planning Project Specialist. The Space Planning Department oversees all facilities management, space planning and design for over 1.5 million square feet of owned and leased space in Los Angeles and San Diego Counties.
The Project Specialist-Administrative is responsible for coordinating a variety of facilities, construction and design projects. The position also oversees the Space Planning Department’s operations including policy administration, oversees a space management database and assists with space planning and allocation. Requires someone with excellent organization and customer service skills.
Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
