Growth oriented engineering firm is seeking strong Survey Manager for the Long Beach area. The Survey Manager will coordinate and work with the survey department in gathering survey data used to prepare boundary surveys, topographic surveys, as-built surveys, maps and exhibits of properties, etc. SM should have knowledge of the principles and accepted practices of professional land surveying; land survey terminology and procedures; conventional survey equipment (total stations, theodolites, electronic data monitors, data collectors, levels, prism poles and level rods) understanding how to establish horizontal and vertical control traverses, using data collection systems for boundary reconstruction, topographic surveys and construction layout, and communicating findings in all forms of communication.What You Will Be DoingThe SM will coordinate and monitor project schedules and budgets, invoices, submittals, and client’s request for information

In charge of project delivery to the satisfaction of our clientsWhat You Need for this PositionMore Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:
Bachelor’s Degree (Civil Engineering preferred)
10 years of Surveying
MS Office, Project Management Tools (Deltek Vision preferred), CADD Experience (MicroStation V8i preferred)
