We are a large property management company seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Supervisor. Our firm specializes in managing mobile home communities through-out California. We have been successfully in business for 26 years!
The Administrative Supervisor is required to have at least 5 years experience in supervising and training administrative employees.
In the property management business it is a must to have excellent people skills and be able to multi-task. This position requires a leader with the ability to solve problems, be a critcial thinker and exercise good judgement.
The right candidate must be an effective communicator, ability to meet deadlines, complete work with accuracy and motivate employees.
Other job requirements; Good working knowledge of Word and Excel, good bookkeeping skills, possess a vehicle, valid driver's license, and appropriate insurance.
