Property Management Co Seeks Purchasing and IT Assistant.
Job Functions include:
- Developing relationships with maintenance vendors
- Maintaining Inventory of Maintenance equipment and supplies
- Securing Services for Maintenance and Repairs
- Work Order Processing
- Processing Payments
- Purchasing Supplies with an aim to maximize online resources for quick delivery and efficiently managing control of supplies, inventory and equipment
- Taking care of other tasks as needed and assigned by the GM.
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
- Inventory Management
- Strong computer skills
- Good People Skills.
