Conifer Health Solutions is currently hiring for a Sales Support Specialist- VBC.

Excellent communication skills with high level of proficiency in business and technical writing, editing, and proofreading
Extensive understanding of capture plans and proposal processes, primarily with federal government customers
Ability to coordinate various levels of management, project managers, technical personnel, etc.
Analytical and able to work with and deliver analysis of business and customer insights to management and customers
Comfortable with sales, project management, training and content systems as well as rolling out new processes and tools to the sales and services teams
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise judgment with wide latitude and discretion
Demonstrated ability to translate complicated ideas into language easily understood by others
Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; Access and Publisher preferred
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
4-5 years overall work experience; 2-3 years experience in an operations roles for sales, channel or field operations
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Certified proposal training
Certification in Program/Project Management or Proposal Management desired
Approximately 10% travel may be required
