The Ideal candidate will be responsible for entering program document data from various source documents into a computer system such as keying information from digital or other media documents into a database or other electronic format.
(1) Performs work that primarily involves typing data into a computer terminal including other general clerical functions, word processing and related duties as required
(2) Provides administrative information flow to staff and customers by responding to customer's inquiries, concerns, issues and prepare correspondence to the customers with a good excellent customer service approach as you respond to client inquiries, concerns, issues and comments regarding our services generated from incoming queue emails.
(3) Make a positive impact and play a key role in maintaining key contacts and business relationships with our clients within your region.
The Liaison Support Virtual Assistant role has a dual responsibility: Primarily as virtual assistant to our customers and on-site for our internal team, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
