Conifer Health Solutions is currently hiring for an Integrated Solution Director- Encino, CA.
Works with Sr. Director to plan and direct assessment activities resulting in the development of new client solution sets driven by assessment findings. Works with professional service team to provide guidance and direction in review of assessment findings to include but not limited to conducting assessment in conjuncture with or in lieu of partner stakeholders.
Create high-level comprehensive integrated solution designs that address the needs of key operational stakeholders meeting the needs and objectives of the client while maintaining organizational profitability. Participate in the report out and proposal development for new client integration as defined by the assessment team.
Plans and directs new client integration for revenue cycle operations to include solution and implementation design for people, process and technical integration based upon originally defined solution set. Evaluates and makes sound judgment determinations on the practicality of integration development to ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Sponsors PMO project management of integration efforts providing detail scope and leads technical work group.
Assists in the development of statement of work responsibilities, recommended SLA’s and provisions as driven by solution designs.
Act as a trusted advisor to new clients during the assessment and implementation phases of service delivery. Proactively setting expectations on service delivery while promoting organizational aptitude. Managing initial client integration to minimize change efforts post implementation.
Identify and define mid-term solution efforts and coordinate direction to operational teams to ensure seamless transition from implementation process to integration in revenue cycle production services.
Build processes and resource capabilities for continual improvement of assessment and implementation methodologies and practices. Design tools and processes to increase operational efficiencies, management of resource consumption and increased deliverable qualities. Conducting post-integration meetings with cross functional teams to identify actionable improvement needs.
Identifies, develop, and integrates new technology into the company’s key customer solutions offering to drive the company’s overall business strategy and growth.
Serves as a subject matter expert across multiple business verticals and technology solutions.

Extensive Revenue Cycle experience – Healthcare Provider preferred
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or IS or related area
6-10 years experience in managing diverse project including implementation.
At least 5 years in a Healthcare Revenue Cycle position, either operations or consulting
