We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.
- Handle administrative needs of Executive
- Arrange conference calls and meetings
- Plan work-related travel details
- Coordinate projects and deal flows with various teams and experts
- Input, organize, and update client data base using CRM systems
- Event planning
- Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in other related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin Chinese - fluent in business conversatons, reading, and writing
- Flexible hours preferred and can work remotely part of the week
- Legal right to work in the United States.
