As the primary point of contact for your clientele, you will be negotiating fee agreements, delivering on resumes and interviews as well as negotiating salaries for candidates.What You Need for this Position•Degree from an accredited university/college preferred
•1+ year of recruiting experience within an agency environment or extensive sales experience who desires to get into recruiting
•Money motivated (we love to pay out)
•Have a hunger and natural thirst to be successful, to be the best, and motivated
•Curious George!?! You like to Google and "Wikipedia" everything (We love to do that)
•Have a passion or interest in communicating with others (you don’t have to be a chatty Kathy, but you can’t be a dull Danny)
•Enjoy writing and have strong writing skills; we’re not looking for a novelist, just someone who can write professional emails and feels comfortable writing catchy ads
•Don’t live in the box... think outside the it! Get creative on ways to solve problems.
