Description A start-up company in West LA is looking for a customer service representative. Candidates need to be friendly and have good customer service skills.
Trendy/fun environment. We are currently screening for overnight coverage.11PM-8AM. These shifts include one weekend day. Previous experience working in an overnight shift is preferred.
The company is a tech start-up and in this role you will assist customers when they call in, helping them to find the right answer for their road side problems and then set them up with the tow company or road side assistance company. The company is really pushing their mobile app, so as that becomes more known this job will becomes less phone based and more online/email based. The ideal candidates are personable, computer savvy and enjoy customer service role. The position pays up to $15 once full time.
