Process all Faculty Practice Group employee leaves from day of leave through return to work. Analyze, advise, coordinate and process all aspects of employee leaves. Work closely with Insurance Risk Management and Disability Manager for applicable employee leaves. Provide training and advise employees on all types of available leaves of absence.
Ability to maintain confidential information, work in a fast-pace environment, multi-task, and prioritize tasks in an efficient manner. Minimum of 1 year of direct work experience, administering leaves of absences within large complex organizations. Extensive experience with CFRA, FML, PDL, Military and Workers Compensation leaves of absence. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented and works well in teams.
