Conduct research for innovative smart home system to discover/implement organic solar cell/ sensors and RFIDs through data simulation and device processing. Responsible for developing keyless entry hardware with energy efficient appliance to enhance property security and reduce utility cost; working closely with engineering group to identify research topics and convert findings into products; lead research and development of physics-based models for optimization of device performance; contribute to the overall product/data/technical strategy of engineering/development team. Req. PhD in Physics, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering or related+3 months exp. in organic semiconductor application. Must be proficient with support model development through complex data analysis, measurement techniques such as organic semiconductor parameters/sensitivity & responsivity, basic vacuum processing techniques.
