•You are passionate about graphic/web design
•You enjoy contributing ideas for new campaigns and strategic directions
•You can incorporate outside ideas and add your own style to designs across a variety of platforms
•You have excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
•You possess the ability to capture our company’s unique brand and culture in your design work
•You don’t like to wait to be given a task; instead, you seek out new challenges on your own
•An understanding of best-practices and principles of design.
•Excellent organizational skills.

•Motivated and diligent.
•2-4 years (min.) of relevant experience.
•Experience with Mac OS - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint Presentation.
•Build static and animated digital ad campaigns for clients
•Pull apart and reproduce creative assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
•Use direction from creative team and account management for campaigns
•Communicate with members of the team to give an accurate build timeline, as well as revise units using client feedback
•Work closely with a team of designers, developers, and strategists.
•Develop wireframes, UI and digital design applications.
•Take part in brainstorming sessions. centered around developing effective UX.
•Take part in a progressive work culture and positive team-based environment.
•Past experience in producing digital marketing assets
•Basic knowledge of motion graphics (i.e. After Effects, Hype)

•You have, or are currently pursuing, a 4-year degree
•CSS, HTML, and mobile design background preferred
•Photography experience a plus
•You are comfortable working in Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, and Dream Weaver
•You are personable, fun to be around, and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
