Description Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts, including asking for other agent referrals and positive recommendations.
Handle 100-150 calls/day
Schedule and go through demos of our product
Reach agreed upon revenue targets by deadline
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Maintain, grow and optimize existing accounts for revenue through discovery, communication, and rapport building
Identify up-sell / cross-sell opportunities and/or products with a better fit for each client’s individual needs. Requirements 2-3 years experience in sales, account management or customer service
Strong phone and personnel skills
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to build rapport with clients
