Description Our client, a skincare company in Hollywood, it looking to add a Customer Service Manager to their team. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a small team, ensuring order accuracy, handling shipment details, escalated issues, creating operational procedures and overall training and motivating the customer service team. Degree is required. Zendesk or NetSuite is a must. If the position were to go full time they offer medical and dental benefits, paid vacation and holidays, a casual dress code and free products. The position pays between $55-70k depending on experience.
