Description OfficeTeam is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join a team in Huntington Beach, CA! As the Assistant Property Manager you will be required to have 2-3 years of multi-tenant commercial property management experience.
Your responsibilities will be as follow:
- Process Work Orders
- Account Payables
-Organize lease files and present to the Property Manager
- Handle tenant improvements
-Understand Commercial Property Management lingo
-Coordinate and act as the liaison for janitorial issues
-2-3 years of multi-tenant commercial property management
-Microsoft Office Suite
