Job Posting: Summary of Essential Job Duties:
The Community Benefit Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for developing impact and outcome dashboards for programs focused on improving the health of vulnerable populations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: tracking program metrics and utilizing data platforms, for example, SPSS, REDcap, eClinicalWorks, EPIC and Excel. The analyst will provide technical assistance on building data collection methods; train users on data reports; analyze trends; troubleshoot data processes; explore research-oriented questions; and recommend improvement systems. Responsibilities include comprehensive analysis on issues and trends; measuring key areas of effectiveness; providing analysis and recommendations; and designing ongoing reports for all levels of management. In collaboration with the Associate Director of Community Benefit Systems and Planning, the Community Benefit Analyst builds and designs platforms that guide and inform a systems-level framework and strategy for Community Benefit. The position requires close partnership with Cedars-Sinai’s signature community health improvement programs.
Education Certifications/Licensure Experience Physical Abilities Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters’ Degree preferred
Minimum three to five years professional experience.
Experience with statistical software and other data management systems.
Expertise in clinical and research data analysis.
Ability to provide and present recommendations based on data results.
Ability to build data infrastructure and run reports.
Ability problem-solve data issues.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a deadline oriented team environment required.
