Large banking corporation in Downtown LA is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their team!
Salary: up to $100K DOE plus bonuses!
KEYS TO HIRE: In house corporate recruiting experience, NOT agency experience!!!
•Minimum 5 years’ managing full cycle recruitment for an IT environment
•Minimum 5 years’ applicant tracking experience required.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a corporation or banking institution required
Skills and Knowledge
•BA or BS preferred
•Experience in utilizing social media tools to include but not limited to (LinkedIn, FB, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.) to identify potential candidates for target positions in addition to developing pipeline candidates.
•Experience with .NET, SQL, Oracle, BI, and SDLC
•Good working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local regulations and guidelines and internal audit regulations.
•Strong experience in both interviewing and recruitment.
•Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proven organizational skills.
•Ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
•Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system, ideally ADP.
•Experience in recruiting for multiple openings in multiple disciplines simultaneously.
•Maintains liaison and partners through communication with management to ensure present and future staffing needs are effectively met. Builds and continually develops a database of qualified candidates for exempt level positions in all geographical areas
