Description OfficeTeam is looking for a stellar temporary Receptionist for our a large technology company in Irvine. The Receptionist will service as the first impression of this company to all callers and visitors. The Receptionist will be needed on a temporary basis for one to two weeks. The Receptionist duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Answer and direct calls to appropriate department
-Greet and check in visitors
-Maintain a neat and orderly front office area and conference rooms
-Assist with leading customer service tours
-Schedule appointments and meetings
-Sort incoming and outgoing mail
-Basic word processing and data entry
-Assist with special administrative projects Requirements The Receptionist must possess the following in order to be considered:
-2+ years of front office experience
-Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-Articulate communication skills
-Positive and welcoming attitude
-Strong organization skills
