Min. Req. US BA or BS or foreign equivalent in computer sci.
or computer eng, with emphasis on computer networking and programming; 1 yr. tech.
exp. supporting server/networking/architecture issues in multiple customer environments, including Windows/Linux/Mac; 2 yrs exp. with software development & issue tracking tools, including JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA and YouTrack.
Concurrent experiences acceptable. Multiple positions available.
