Manage a team of local Real Estate Agents
Supervise all real estate activities in the market
Conduct weekly meetings to review team pipelines and assist with local team needs
Work directly with a high volume of inbound requirements to manage the office search and lease process
Manage onboarding of new prospects
Conduct custom office space searches on behalf of tenants working with
Set and attend office tours
Procurement of new business opportunities through networking and referral management
Report to owner on local performance and revenue
Collaborate with owner on product and process improvements to support brokerage operations
Create weekly and monthly reports to summarize their pipeline and highlight needs to the corporate team
Residential and Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
Proven success as Manager/ Broker in Los Angeles
Bachelors Degree or higher
Real estate license in the state of California
Some experience with CRMs preferred
