The Kitchen Manager is responsible for inspiring, developing and upholding Rockin Jump standards with all team members. The Kitchen Manager will execute all essential kitchen duties such as: Cooking, Inventory, Scheduling, Safety, Cleaning. The Kitchen Manager will train and develop all team members in cooking methods, food preparation and presentation, Cleaning. The Kitchen Manager will utilize all training tools per Rockin Jump Cefe Standard.
As the Kitchen Manager, you will:
Know and comply with Rockin Jump Cooking standard
Complete weekly inventory
Work with the General Manager and Staff to control food quality and guest experience.
Understand how to open and close the kitchen and follows all kitchen cleaning checklists
Work closely with the General Manager in the development of the Team members
Prepare weekly schedule for partie orders
Our Kitchen Managers need to:
Possess the highest quality of food standards both in cooking methods and presentation.
Stand and/or walk for an entire shift – From bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members
Show and provide effective leadership and problem solving skills
Provide a strong, detailed orientation to all back of the house team members
