SEM & Acquisition Manager will work directly with senior management and will be responsible for various parts of online marketing, including SEM. This critical role will assist in driving and defining the bambee go-to-market strategy and will act as a key member of the marketing team.
Define and launch early stage to growth budget with a significant emphasis on performance-based campaigns including paid search marketing (SEM, PPC) as well as display advertising, and re-marketing campaigns.
Develop effective hypothesis for A/B tests
Run A/B test experiments on landing pages and text ads to produce the best conversion rates
Ownership of structure, tactical direction, optimization, budget pacing, and efficient lead production
Development of structure, tactical direction, optimization, budget pacing, and efficient lead production
Collaborate with CEO and stakeholders to develop and support a variety of campaigns
Work directly with entire team to drive on-site marketing strategy, extract product insights in an effort to expand SEM & other online marketing efforts
Ensures brand consistency, site usability and consumer satisfaction of the bambee product
Track, measure, and report on performance in daily, weekly and monthly reports
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, or similar field preferred (MBA is a plus)
3+ years of experience starting and expanding search engine marketing campaigns
5+ years of overall marketing experience
Industry-specific certifications desired
Advanced proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
Extensive experience with GA, Adwords, Optimizely, Heap Analytics, SEMRush, GoogleTrends, HTML/CSS
Proficiency with SQL
Possess strong analytical skills and industry presence, as well as innate curiosity and aptitude
