Established Los Angeles wholesale company is in search for a full-time or part-time bookkeeper. We have been around for more than 30 years, and we cater to most clothing manufacturers around the area. A minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting . Preferably in Textile or Garment Industry accounting . Multi-tasking and high understanding of quick books are a requirement upon applying. Qualifications and duties include:-Accounts Payable: Preparing and Tracking expenses accurately-Accounts Receivables: Following up with a portion of clients past due invoices -Prepare Monthly Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations -Prepare Financial Reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Analysis including preparation of closures to be handed to CPA-Coordinating with our CPA: Tax filing purposesReports directly to the owner of the company. Good communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse staff is a strong plus. Highly motivated; self-starter and has the ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve and make reasonable administrative decisions based on company policies and practices.
