The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills along with the ability to work with different personality styles, and the drive to provide a highly personalized customer experience.The Office Manager will be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations of our busy practice. She/he will also supervise and mentor our team of patient care coordinators and dental assistants. As part of the Management Team of our company, she/he will be involved in the strategic planning of our practice's growth. At least 3 years of dental experience is required. A college degree is preferred but not required.The position includes a 5-day workweek, medical, vision and dental insurance, vacation and holiday pay, individual and team incentives, 401K plan and CE course reimbursement.
