Position Summary: Field System Engineer is a full time, mid-level systems engineer position in which the engineer is expected perform at a high-level & rapid pace to ensure success of a projects IT objectives; provide guidance to Jr. System Engineers & assist the Sr. System Engineers by leading existing customer site upgrades and resolving software issues that arise with serviceable locations. Assist in the completion of service calls for 2nd level support during business and non-business hours, working closely with the Service Manager and the Field Service Supervisor to ensure that escalated requests are being followed up on to completion; available in on-call schedule as a rotation for 2nd level escalations.

Monday through Friday – Available 12am – 12am. Saturday and Sundays – Possible with advance notification.
Supervisor will give as much advance notice as possible when planning schedules, and make an effort to evenly distribute hours based on business needs among the employees with skills, knowledge and ability for the work that needs to be accomplished.
