Qualifications
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- Project management experience
- Experience using HR Management Systems
- Experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations
- Experience working in a service-related role where establishing strong relationships with internal business partners was critical to success
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Experience providing Human Resources (HR) support to the manufacturing and/or operations function
- Experience assisting in the implementation of new technologies
- Experience with large-scale organizational change
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
Work Authorization:
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Typical Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relocation:
This position is based in Oklahoma City, OK and does not offer relocation assistance. Applicants must reside in the area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
