The Project Manager will serve in the implementation of short- and long-range public transportation technology projects within budget constraints, oversight of scope, and technical evaluation as well as management of project budgets, and consultant contracts. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to business plans. The Project Manager will be able to manage the project's objectives, priorities and oversee quality control throughout each project's life cycle.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree project management, information technology, or other closely related field.
- Two years of professional experience IT project management or applicable field.
- Two years of managing implementation of technology projects.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Preferred
- PMP Certification.
- Transit Experience.
