Independent Personal Lines Insurance Agency Operations Manager
**Immediate opening for experienced Personal Lines Property and Casualty Insurance Agency Manager for our Temecula office**
Our busy, client-focused office need a reliable, well-organized Manager to handle the day-to-day operations. We are seeking an energetic results oriented professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Five years minimum Personal Lines insurance agency sales and management experience required.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Commercial Lines experience is a plus.
Job Summary
Responsible for the overall supervising operations, administration, and productivity of the agency which include:
- Hire, train and guide staff to meet expected goals.
- Set monthly agency goals and measure results vs. goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Identify performance improvement areas and provide recommendations.
- Communicate agency performance levels including areas of concerns to management.
- Develop business improvement initiatives based on current market trends and competitors.
- Manage agency operations to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our valued agency partners.
Requirements
- Current California P&C insurance License
- Experience with writing Mercury, Kemper, & Safeco Policies
- Minimum of 5 years Insurance experience
- Knowledge of industry technology
- Hawksoft agency management and EZLynx experience a plus
- Accounting experience a plus
