Executive Director Manchester Community Library
The Executive Director will lead and manage a highly skilled staff of 14 that provides great customer service, relevant collections, advanced technology resources, creativity in developing educational and cultural programming, and a welcoming space for people of all ages.
The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization; fundraising and donor relations; marketing, building and grounds management; community outreach; and building great relationships with the town government, members of the community and supporters of the Library (past and future.) The position reports directly to the Board of Trustees and supports the Trustees in developing the strategic vision and planning for the continued growth and success of the Library.
