Assistant Clinical DirectorIBH is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director. This position will share in the management of the admissions, orientation, treatment, and transition processes for IBH clients, provide administrative and clinical supervision for counselors, and provide leadership and management of other departments or functions as assigned. Must be a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervisor designation (LPCC-S). Must support the use of evidence-based programs and practices (EBP), including but not limited to the use of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Special advanced training in substance abuse treatment and previous experience in an alcohol and drug chemical dependency rehabilitation program is strongly preferred.
Admissions Specialist / Counselor, Full-TimeIBH is seeking an Admissions Specialist / Counselor to review referral and assessment information for prospective clients, sometimes contacting the agencies that made the referrals or the prospective clients. The position requires a "people person" and quick learner who enjoys synthesizing and presenting information. Must be either a licensed social worker (LSW or LISW), a licensed professional counselor (LPC, LPCC, or LPCC-S). Must have one or two years of similar assessment experience in a not-for-profit agency and have knowledge of mental health disorders is preferable.
Counselor, Full-TimeIBH is seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC, or LPCC-S) to provide individual, group counseling, and group psychoeducation. Preferred candidates will have previous work-related experience with integrated MH and AOD treatment, and familiarity with 12 step programs.
The successful candidates will possess knowledge and understanding of addiction and mental health issues, as well as a willingness to uphold IBH's philosophy and values. Must have strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook Email) and previous electronic health record (EHR) experience.
