We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, order status, returns, exchanges, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely, empathetic, and effective manner, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.
  • Process customer orders, updates, and requests accurately in the system.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to offer solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, technical support, and logistics to resolve issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
