Established local restaurant is looking for a General Manager with strong leadership skills. Minimum 2 years of experience. Will be responsible for all aspects of daily operations.
Duties include: Excellent guest relations. Maintaining and building sales. Hiring and training of staff. Health code compliance. Inventory management and cost controls. Applicants must be driven, energetic and have strong interpersonal skills. Experience with computers and Point of Sale systems is desired. ServeSafe certification is a plus.
