Job Profile:
We are seeking a Creative Marketing Manager who will help re-launch and shape the iconic MacArthur place brand. Reporting directly to the property GM and the parent company director of marketing and brand management, you will be a brand guardian who is responsible for ensuring that the MacArthur brand is properly woven through all guest facing aspects of the business. The core responsibilities will be to devise, develop and manage a diverse and multi-faceted set of programming, partnership, and activation initiatives that satiate all guest types - transient, group, and non-overnight. In addition, you will be responsible for the oversight of all social channels and will liaise regularly with both our PR and social media agencies.

The right candidate will have a personal fascination with trends, innovation and a passion for creative industries of film, fashion, music, design and travel etc.
- 5+ years of marketing / producer focused work with the worlds best known organizations and brands.
- A varied career history gaining experience and knowledge across many areas. Previous experience should include some combination of experiential marketing agency, event producer, management company, festival curator, producer, promoter, record label, talent agency,
- production company, and hospitality brand.
- Some working knowledge of the hospitality and specifically the hotel industry.
- The perfect (yet unusual) balance of being highly creative whilst maintain strong organizational and management skills
- Visual representation of past work (portfolio, content, press etc).
- Great communication skills and experience establishing and developing productive relationships with colleagues, brands, agency teams and suppliers
- The ability to influence and interact at all levels.
- Excellent contacts across a variety of industries - music, retail, tech, publishing, fashion, health, wellness etc.
