Responsibilities and Qualifications
Under the general supervision of the Physical Therapy Supervisor and Occupational Therapist will performs standards of treatment, performs procedures regarding referral, and standards of treatment, as well as comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Will maintain communication with Physical Therapist regarding treatment plan and will treat in direct supervision of the Physical Therapist according to the Oklahoma State Practice Act. Responsible for direct supervision of patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians. Will perform all work with accord to the mission, vision, and values of Mercy. Licensure: Current Oklahoma license for Certified Physical Therapy Assistant.
