Summary: Execute all activities related to all phases of human resources and risk management. Oversees the purchasing and auditing departments
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises employees in the Human Resource, Auditing and Purchasing Departments. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or five plus years related experience and/or training with a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
